The Carducci family offers you three apartments for holiday all year round.
The apartments were just renovated respecting Tuscan architecture, and they are immersed in a green park with swimming pool.
The names of the three apartments are inspired by poems of the famous poet Giosuè Carducci.
Maggiolata (2+3 persons max): Apartment in independent cottage with private car park;
is equipped as follows:
- wide veranda supplied with table and chairs
- spacious living room with fireplace and sofa bed for 2 persons
- fitted Kitchen equipped with dishwasher and fridge with freezing compartment
- bathroom with shower
- intermediate floor (gallery): double room (additional bed available)
- air condition/heating for summer/winter holiday
- satellite TV and WIFI internet connection

- washing machine, ironing board and iron are available
"Mattinata" and "Serenata" apartments are situated in the adjoining cottage.
Mattinata (2 persons max): Independent entrance and private car park. Splendid view to Castagneto Carducci village and the surroundings; it is equipped as follows:

- living room, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and fridge with freezing compartment
- bathroom with shower

- air condition for summer and winter holidays

Serenata (2 persons max): Independent entrance and private car park available. Sunny apartment with view to the ancient tower of Donoratico and from which you can enjoy beautiful sunsets; it is equipped as follows:

- wide gazebo supplied with table and chairs

All our guests have free access to the spacious green park. Here they find a barbecue place and a wonderful swimming pool with solar shower at their disposal. Shady areas and sun beds invite to relax.
