Tuscan extra-virgin olive oil production
The extra-virgin olive oil production is fully carried out by the Carducci family. 500 olive trees are growing on the property. The carefully selected mixture of different variety such as “moraiolo”, “frantoio” and “leccino” guarantee an excellent quality.
Olive harvest takes place at the end of October, beginning November. The olives are exclusively picked by hand and the milling process is made within 24 hours in order to guarantee the genuine taste.
Traditional millstones combined with the latest technology guarantee an excellent result and meet the requirements for the certified olive oil "EXTRA VERGINE IGP Toscano".
Available in bottles of 0.75 L, 0.50 L and 0.25 L. The units of 0.75 L and 0.5 L carry the name CABIRIA and those of 0.25 L GIOELE, names of the two children of the Carducci family.
